When making a refund we will credit our delivery charges if the reason for return is our error or if the products are damaged or incorrect quantity.

You must provide us with the original invoice or other proof of purchase.
Please Note: When returning items for exchange an additional postage charge will be required to resend the exchanged item. When returning an item for a refund we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge.
Nothing in this returns policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
NOTE: Munster Rugby Store can not accept responsibilty for any goods lost in transit back to us. We recommend using a recorded delivery service ie; Registered Post, for greater security.
