Our aim is to get your order delivered within;
5 working days of receipt of payment to addresses within Ireland,
10 working days of reciept of payment to all UK addresses and
20 working days to all other addresses (Please allow up to 28 days for delivery).
All products require a signature when delivered. If products are returned as undeliverable we shall attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivering. This will incur an additional postage charge.
If we are unable to contact you we will refund the price of the products only. The original postage charge can not be refunded due to administrative costs. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refund on missing parcels until An Post have deemed the parcel to be lost.
